13th August, Wednesday
Arrive KL (let me know the flight schedule so I can pick up you up, better if after 6 or 7 Pm so I can pick you up after work)

I would suggest that u take the following flight schedule.
14th August, Thursday
Leaving to Penang (AirAsia AK6314, 1:40PM, I will arrange a cab to send you to the airport)
You have many choice of Hotel as reference in the following webpage, so book it accordingly with flight as suggested.
16th August, Saturday
Leaving from Penang to KL, book this flight
(AirAsia AK6315, 2:55PM ~ 3:45PM), I will pick you up.
We will go to KL for visit.
17th August Sunday
We will visit KL the whole day
* It is better for me to spend time with you during Saturday and Sunday as it is my off day
18th August Monday
Depending on your flight schedule, either I will send you to the airport or I will arrange a Cab, better to take early morning flight so I can send you to the airport.

Please go and book your hotel and flight to Penang online, it is safe I used it many time.
